This project was all about helping a busy family prepare their home for the market during an already full season of life. With jobs, kids, and the natural buildup of everyday clutter, they needed support creating calm, clarity, and flow before listing—so they brought me in to help reset the space.

I worked throughout the home, focusing on the areas that make the biggest impact during showings and photos:

• Main living areas: living room, dining room, and kitchen

• Both entryways

• Kid’s bedroom

• Spare bedroom/playroom

• Primary bedroom

Every space received a thoughtful edit. I decluttered, sorted, packed away non‑essentials, and styled each room to feel open, welcoming, and easy for buyers to imagine themselves in. The transformation brought back breathing room and allowed the true potential of the home to shine.
